Polly is our 'anchor animal' at Pecora Pastures.  She is 8 years old (as of 2026), and we bottle-fed her for months as a newborn (she was born on an Easter Sunday).  As far as cows go, she is gentle and has a strong track record of being consistently cooperative for photoshoots.  She has stood still, looking majestic, for hundreds of photos like the one pictured here.
